Gyratory vibrations are the basis for the Vibro Sifter machine's operation. The material is divided according to the size of its particles. Upon activation of the motor, vibration is generated within the screen or sieve, causing the material to pass through the sieves based on its particle size. 

Vibration is developed along the vertical axis in three separate planes with a vibratory motor that is specifically designed to satisfy different output needs. It generates a 100% rotating motion, dispersion stirring, and material stratification during sifting. On a vibroscreen, feed content moves horizontally in a looping pattern.

Objective  granule or powder sieving.

Building    independent, floor-supported apparatus. A stainless steel skirt covers the entire apparatus, including the engine, sieves, hopper, and so forth.

Operating principle 

Vibrating optimally tensioned sieves is accomplished by rotating eccentric weights with a vibratory motor. The material is sieved by their vibrations, retaining the larger particles while allowing the smaller ones to fall out of the discharge due to gravity.

Maximum 250 kg/hour and minimum 40 kg/hour of working capacity 

The type of product moisture content, sieve size, vibration amplitude, weight position on the motor frequency, feed rate of the motor, presence or absence of anti-blinding choices, and sieve quality all depend on these factors.

3.2 Base Cylindrical; top and bottom have welded flange faces. Base has access/inspection windows that are hinged for proximity to the motor. built using SS304 flanges. 200 x 300 inspection window  Rubber wheels and a base with SS bracket and lockable castors.

3.3 Lower hopper: cylindrical, including lip faces on both extremities. equipped with an interior cone that directs material flow towards the outside perimeter. Cone and inner diameter type are completely welded.

The discharge ports are rectangular in shape and have an effective radial opening of 500 mm at the outlet and 100 dia at the circulator.

3.4 Upper deck building

3.5 Mounting plate for a motor

M.S. Plate, 8 mm thick, tapered on the edges to fit clamp profile.  The hopper assembly is kept on top of the plate, which houses the motor and is fastened at its centre. The plate is connected to the unit's base via gearbox springs.

3.6 Spring transitions

Eight separate springs are fastened to the base's upper girth flange.The spring's upper end is fastened to the motor mounting plate's bottom.

3.7 The spring skirt 

SS 304 cylindrical girth ring skirt to increase Cgmp compliance and shield the springs from exposure. The skirt is fastened to the motor mounting plate's underside.

3.8 clamps (c) section clamps with a hinged configuration in two parts.Fastening with a flip mechanism between the two sections.  The locking lever has an adjustable screw to adjust for necessary tension. A clamp holds the bottom hopper to the motor mounting plate. Similar to this, each sieve is positioned between the hopper faces, and the clamp holds the upper and lower hopper's lips in place.

3.9 Vase 

Neoprene (C) food grade white section gasket. guarantees a powder-tight contact between the sieve and the two hopper sides.

5. Mirror finish with 240 grit on internal SS 316 contact components. Externally, SS 304 cladded or coated pieces have a 180 grit matte finish. C.S. components that will be painted with enamel.
