Gyratory vibrations are the basis for the Vibro Sifter machine's operation. The material is divided according to the size of its particles. Upon activation of the motor, vibration is generated within the screen or sieve, causing the material to pass through the sieves based on its particle size.
Vibration is developed along the vertical axis in three separate planes with a vibratory motor that is specifically designed to satisfy different output needs. It generates a 100% rotating motion, dispersion stirring, and material stratification during sifting. On a vibroscreen, feed content moves horizontally in a looping pattern.

Objective granule or powder sieving.
Building independent, floor-supported apparatus. A stainless steel skirt covers the entire apparatus, including the engine, sieves, hopper, and so forth.
Operating principle
Vibrating optimally tensioned sieves is accomplished by rotating eccentric weights with a vibratory motor. The material is sieved by their vibrations, retaining the larger particles while allowing the smaller ones to fall out of the discharge due to gravity.

The type of product moisture content, sieve size, vibration amplitude, weight position on the motor frequency, feed rate of the motor, presence or absence of anti-blinding choices, and sieve quality all depend on these factors.

3.5 Mounting plate for a motor
M.S. Plate, 8 mm thick, tapered on the edges to fit clamp profile. The hopper assembly is kept on top of the plate, which houses the motor and is fastened at its centre. The plate is connected to the unit's base via gearbox springs.
3.6 Spring transitions
Eight separate springs are fastened to the base's upper girth flange.The spring's upper end is fastened to the motor mounting plate's bottom.
3.7 The spring skirt
SS 304 cylindrical girth ring skirt to increase Cgmp compliance and shield the springs from exposure. The skirt is fastened to the motor mounting plate's underside.
