V.L.Engineers Tray Dryer, Vacuum Tray Dryer






BODY:  Fabricated in double walled construction SS 304 Q. inside and S.S. frame work from outside stainless steel 304Q the unit mounted on rigid steel frame work, the gap in between the two walls is filled with thick fiber glass wool for insulations. The unit is also provided with air inlet, air filter, adjustable air outlet, self - locking insulated door etc. Unit is provided with a double door at the front side. The door will be locked with the help of spring loaded ball latures. The door lips will have silicon gasket prevent the leakages.

HEATING : Air is passed through totally enclosed steam heated radiator module to obtain maximum temperature. The hot air is circulated in the drier by means of fan fitted on the side of the oven and driven by a suitable 01 HP motor. The hot air is passed through 5micron filter. The blower is capable to ensure uniform air circulation inside the drier.

CONTROL SYSTEMS : A control panel, provided in front of the oven, comprises of thermostat, dial thermometer, Push button on - off operation, indicating lamps, earthing bolt etc. duly interconnected suitably.

FINISH: The whole unit is mirror polished from inside & outside with dull or matt finish.

Drying temp. Maximum :- 100o

TRAYS: Trays are manufactured from S.S. 304 Q. 18swg. Thickness sheets with Round corner. Size of Tray is 32” x 16” x 1 ¼”. Inside & outside of tray will be mirror or matt finished (as per client requirement)

Tray Dryer model available with different ranging from 6, 12, 24, 48, 96, 192 trays.
